Oh the 80's

I have two friends that grew up in the 80's... they feel like they need to 'educate' me. So one of the few lessons I had was watching "Pretty in Pink". We watched it on the big screen at Queen's Film Theatre. My favorite part is when Duckie bursts into the record shop and sings to Otis Redding. I also think that Molly should have ended up with him... but what can you do? Enjoy!

Introduction

How does one describe one’s self? Usually it’s their favorite topic.. .but you don’t want to sound like that. So here I go:

I’m from the states, born in California (Oh how I miss the sun), but grew up in Montana (home on the range). And now I live in the lovely city of Belfast, Northern Ireland (What bout ye?)

As I approach my 25th birthday, I continue to discover how God has created me. I am a unique blend of creative and organization. Weird I know, but it has some great benefits. Well... none that I can think of at the moment.

My newest passion is yoga. It has helped in all areas of my heath (physical, emotional and mental). I love art- all mediums and types. I have nerd like qualities: enjoing music, movies and books. Sometimes I can be found reading for hours at a time... my fantasy novels! I’m still searching and developing my political views... but I and leaning towards liberal. Oh the left side is wide.

But of all the things that I could tell you... these are the most important: coffee, chocolate and going to bed early. All of which I get a considerable amount of harassment from. Although, I suggest that you get to know me the proper way. Coffee and conversation.
